Founded by William Grant in 1887 in Dufftown, Speyside, Glenfiddich remains a family-owned distillery renowned for its pioneering approach to single malt whisky. The Perpetual Collection uses Glenfiddich’s Solera Vat process, where whisky is continuously married in vats that are never completely emptied. Vat 03 is a 15-year-old expression matured in European oak sherry and ex-Bourbon casks, with a higher 50.2% ABV and non-chill filtration for a fuller, more concentrated character.
