The Harmony Collection is a limited‑edition annual series exploring how natural elements—especially oak—shape flavour and form. Vibrant Oak is the fourth instalment, and part of a collaboration with Cirque du Soleil; its design, packaging (including reclaimed oak chippings), and sensory profile are all crafted to emphasise oak’s role in Macallan’s whisky story.

On the nose: intense vanilla bean with bright lime zest and sweet sherbet leading to fragrant pears and vanilla sponge cake. On the palate: creamy vanilla panna cotta, buttery shortbread, lightly toasted coconut, almond brittle, apple and sweet oak. The finish is medium, sweet with lingering vanilla.
