Winery Background

Fourth Wave Wine focuses on modern, sustainable winemaking and owns the Little Giant brand . Grenache grapes come from a mix of older and younger vines in Seaview and Willunga, handpicked and fermented in small open‑top batches. Following gentle daily plunging, the wine is matured partly in older oak and stainless steel to preserve vibrant fruit.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Aromas of cherries, raspberries, red licorice, spice, red/dark berries with subtle earthy/herb nuances.
Palate: Soft tannins under ripe red and dark fruit, with hints of vanilla, chocolate, ground spice, and slight oak integration.
Finish: Smooth, lingering berry flavors balanced by gentle spice and a crisp, fresh finish.
