Rare Dry Gin was the distillery’s original expression, combining traditional juniper character with whole fresh oranges and carefully selected botanicals. Distilled in a German-made copper pot still named Wilma, it delivers a contemporary Australian style with vibrant citrus, warming spice and a smooth, balanced finish.
