Château de Montifaud is a family-owned Cognac house with roots dating back to 1837, when Augustin Vallet established the family vineyard. Today, the sixth generation of the Vallet family continues the estate’s traditional approach, managing the vineyards and production from grape growing through distillation and maturation. The L30 is drawn from the family’s prized “Paradis” cellar and is aged well beyond the minimum requirements for XO Cognac.
